The Bedhead Co. can build your bedhead to your preferred dimensions. The below table is based on our standard bed and bedhead sizing.

Bedhead sizes are slightly wider than your bed dimensions.


For online orders we offer delivery to Sydney Metro, Melbourne Metro, Canberra Metro, Brisbane Metro or The Gold Coast. We can deliver outside these areas, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote on your delivery fee.

Our standard production time is 4 weeks from the date of ordering. Where possible, we will attempt to get your bedhead to you earlier.

Our standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks (depending on your location). We will contact you toward the end of production to arrange delivery.
Please note the above timescales are a guide only and are subject to change.

Shipping is additional to the price of your bedhead. To obtain an estimate of your shipping cost, simply insert your postcode at check out and you will be provided with a shipping cost. If your postcode is outside metropolitan areas, we will need to contact you to provide a quote for shipping. A shipping fee will not be charged if you elect to pick up your bedhead from one of our depots in Brisbane, Sydney or the Gold Coast.

Delivery does not include installation of the bedhead including, carrying items inside, placement or removal of packaging.

Bedhead Installation

Our bedheads are freestanding and are designed to sit between your bed and the wall. Our bedheads come with an L bracket attached to the base of the bedhead to ensure greater stability.

Our bedheads are not designed to be affixed to the wall, however if this is your preference, please contact us at info@thebedheadco.com to discuss options.


We offer a range of fabrics through our website. However, you can provide us with your preferred fabric for your bedhead (subject to its suitability for upholstery and provision of the required meterage). We can also put you in contact with our fabric suppliers if you can't find a fabric that you love. Please contact us at info@thebedheadco.com to discuss your options.

Please note that the fabric images on our website are intended as a visual representation only. All designs are not 100% to scale and an exact colour match cannot be guaranteed on screen.

We strongly recommend that you visit the fabric wholesaler to view the fabric and obtain a cutting of the fabric to ensure you are happy with the fabric you have selected from the website. You can contact the fabric wholesaler online or over the phone and request a cutting be mailed to you. Alternatively, we can assist you to obtain a cutting if you are unable to visit a fabric wholesaler. Please email us at info@thebedheadco.com to obtain a cutting.

Warranty and Returns

We do not accept returns or exchange on our bedheads (unless defective), so please choose carefully.
The Bedhead Co. provides a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defaults. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear to structural components;
  • Normal wear and tear to fabric and finishes including fading of fabric;
  • Damage arising from abnormal use;
  • Products which have not been maintained or which have been modified;
  • Any indirect, special or consequential loss;
  • Transport charges to return the product to and from The Bedhead Co. for repair or replacement.

The Bedhead Co. reserves the right to investigate all claims in order to assess the nature and cause and determine whether a part has failed due to a defect or wear and tear.
The Bedhead Co. shall have sole discretion in determining the course of action taken to replace or repair defective product.

Heat and humidity
Products will continue to exchange moisture with the air, expanding and shrinking in response to changes in humidity. This may result in changes to the bedhead's appearance and is not covered by the warranty.

The applicability of the warranty will be determined by The Bedhead Co. having reviewed the claim. In the event you consider there is a manufacturing fault with your bedhead, please contact us as soon as possible.

Payment Terms

The Bedhead Co. accepts direct debit and credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard & American Express).
The Bedhead Co. utilises the Stripe encrypted payment gateway for credit card security. The Bedhead Co. does not store, or have future access to any credit card information that you enter into our website.

At its discretion, The Bedhead Co. will accept split payment, being 50% deposit of total purchase price at the time of order and 50% a week prior to your bedhead being dispatched. A member of The Bedhead Co. team will contact you to arrange final payment.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange payment via split payment.

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@thebedheadco.com within 3 business days of submitting your order.


If you cancel your order, The Bedhead Co. will retain 50% of your bedhead cost if we have commenced the process of manufacturing your bedhead, this includes ordering fabric or products.

Trade Discount

We offer a trade discount code to trade professionals at our discretion. Please contact us at info@thebedheadco.com to arrange a trade discount code. The trade discount code is entered at check out.
